I know what it is to smile on the outside while carrying a storm of unhealed memories inside. Trauma-Informed Spiritual Counseling grew out of my own journey of facing buried pain-betrayal, loss, and spiritual confusion-and learning that God did not ask me to ignore my wounds in order to be "strong."
In these sessions, I honor both your story and your nervous system. You are not rushed, pushed, or shamed. Instead, I invite you to move at a pace that feels safe as you explore how past experiences, family patterns, and spiritual messages have shaped the way you see yourself and the Divine.
Using gentle questions, grounding practices, and spiritual insight, I help you name what happened without letting it define who you are. Together, we dismantle harmful beliefs like "it was all my fault" or "this is just my lot in life" and replace them with truth, dignity, and a deeper understanding of your worth.
If you are healing from betrayal, religious hurt, emotional abuse, or seasons of spiritual warfare, these sessions create space for both tears and breakthrough. I draw from my lived experience and trauma-aware training to help you recognize triggers, calm your body, and reconnect with your inner guidance.
Over time, you can expect to feel less controlled by old memories and more anchored in the present. Clients often describe a quiet shift-from constantly bracing for impact to finally exhaling and believing that peace is possible. This is not about pretending the past didn't happen. It is about reclaiming your voice, your faith, and your future from the grip of trauma.
