The first time I met my own inner child, I realized I had been abandoning the very part of me that most needed protection. Inner Child Healing Counseling is my way of walking beside you as you meet that younger version of yourself-the one who learned to be quiet, to be perfect, or to disappear just to survive.
In these sessions, I guide you into gentle, Spirit-led conversations with your inner child. You are never forced to relive trauma; instead, you are invited to witness, comfort, and re-parent the parts of you that still feel scared, unworthy, or responsible for everyone else's emotions. I use a mix of reflective questions, visualization, and simple grounding practices to make this deeply spiritual work feel safe and doable.
You may begin to recognize old patterns-choosing emotionally unavailable partners, over-giving, people-pleasing, or sabotaging good things-as protective strategies that once kept you safe. Together, we honor those strategies while giving your inner child permission to rest. From there, we build new ways of relating to yourself rooted in compassion instead of criticism.
This counseling is especially powerful if you grew up around instability, emotional neglect, harsh religion, or betrayal. As your inner child experiences consistent safety in our time together, your adult self gains strength, clarity, and confidence.
