For years, people told me to "just meditate," but no one explained how to sit still with a mind full of anxiety and a heart full of questions. Meditation Coaching is my answer to that struggle. I created these sessions for real people with real burdens who want inner peace but feel intimidated or frustrated by traditional meditation advice.

During our time together, I help you build a meditation practice that fits your actual life, not an ideal version of it. If your mind races, I teach you how to work with it, not fight it. If sitting in silence feels scary, I introduce gentle guided practices that blend breath, grounding, and spiritual connection in ways that feel safe and supportive.

I share the exact tools I used during my own seasons of betrayal and spiritual warfare-simple practices you can use in the car before work, in the shower, or during a lunch break. We experiment together until you find rhythms that genuinely calm your nervous system and help you hear that quiet inner voice again.

These sessions can include breathwork, visualization, body scans, scripture or affirmation-based focus, and short check-ins to keep you consistent. You do not need prior experience; you only need a willing heart and a few minutes a day.

Over time, many clients notice less reactivity, more clarity, and a deeper sense of being spiritually supported. Meditation stops feeling like a chore and becomes a place you look forward to-a sacred pause in your day where your soul can breathe.
