I spent years living on edge-juggling responsibilities, nursing heartbreak, and pretending I was fine until my body forced me to listen. Stress Management Coaching is the space I wish I had then: a grounded, spiritual, and practical container where you can finally admit, "I am overwhelmed," without being told to simply "tough it out."

In these sessions, I help you trace your stress back to its roots. Is it coming from people-pleasing? Unclear boundaries? Old survival patterns? Silent spiritual battles? Together, we map out what is draining you and identify what is actually yours to carry.

From there, I guide you through simple, sustainable practices to calm your mind and body. This may include breathwork, nervous-system resets, mindset reframes, time blocking, boundary scripts, and short spiritual practices you can weave into your day. Everything is designed to work in real life-busy schedules, kids, work, and all.

Because I have lived through burnout myself, I will never minimize your experience. I help you honor your limits without shame and build a new relationship with rest that does not feel lazy or selfish but sacred and necessary.

As you continue, you can expect to feel more centered, less reactive, and more in control of your energy. Instead of constantly putting out fires, you start living from a place of intentionality, choosing how you respond instead of being ruled by stress.
